A class I'm teaching on making baby food!

Hi, are you at the point in your life where you have a little one or will be soon and you are interested in knowing how to make your own nourishing, homemade baby food? Come join me for a class I'm teaching this Saturday at Midtown Global Market in Minneapolis. The cost of the class is $10. To register for it, check out Do It Green Minnesota's website or click HERE.

Saturday, October 9
11:00am-12:00pm
Do It Green! Resource Center, Midtown Global Market

Wondering what exactly is in store-bought baby food?  Wishing you knew how to make your own baby food?  Meet local mom Therese Asmus and learn her techniques for making healthy and delicious baby food from organic ingredients.  Therese will go over the benefits of homemade food for your little ones, bring in samples of some of her baby foods, and give a demonstration of a simple recipe.

Cost:  $10 for the public or $8 for Do It Green! Minnesota members
Workshop Limit: 12

  1. What a great class! Even though we're a couple of years away from babies, everyone in my family already knows that I'm going to be all over making my own baby food! I hope the class is a smashing success!
