Well my friends, we unfortunately have not seen the end to sickness in our house. My son is finally feeling back to normal, hurray, but yesterday our 9 week old daughter came down with a fever. Last night it went up to 103.7 and Todd (the hubby) and I were up most of the night with her. Needless to say we are exhausted. I've lost count of how many almost sleepless nights we've had in the last couple of weeks.
For the time being I'm taking a brake from blogging for the next week or so. Need to focus on being a mom and taking care of our home. We are supposed to be going on a little vacation, but we're waiting to see if our daughter starts feeling better. Really hoping we'll still be able to go, because it would be our first real vacation since my husband and I got married 6 years ago.
I've got lots of posts in the works and I'm hoping to start some new paintings in June too, so stay tuned! :-)
